COMPARATIVE STUDY OF TELEHEALTH REGULATION IN BRAZIL AND ITALY

Firstly, during the Covid19 pandemic, the implementation of digital medicine more pronounced; later, telehealth started to be used as the democratization of access to health. The present work aims to understand how health telecare and was disciplined before and after the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic. Was telehealth critical during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic? How essential was it for the treatment of people in times of remoteness? The general objective is to understand how telehealth was disciplined before and after the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic. The specific goals are to verify health telecare regulations, verify that principles are respected, and compare the processes in Brazil and Italy. It will been based on bibliographic research, which seeks to explain and discuss the topic based on national and international theoretical references published in books, scientific articles, and theses, as well as extensive documentary research of treaties, laws, and jurisprudence. Finally, the study is based on the hypothetical-deductive method, in which, in the end, it will verify if the hypothesis from which the present work started materialized. Our approach will be qualitative. As for the objectives, exploratory research provides greater familiarity with the subject and the technical procedures.
