Resumo
This issue of the Revista Ibérica do Direito brings together 12 scientific articles that engage in dialogue around a common axis: sustainable development, human rights, responsible governance, and the effective protection of fundamental rights in a context of profound social, economic, and technological transformations.
The contributions address central themes of contemporary legal debate, such as innovation and economic growth guided by the Sustainable Development Goals, the limits of discretion within the Rule of Law, substantive justice and the overcoming of structural obstacles, the protection of human rights in global supply chains, the responsibility of transnational corporations, inclusion and the rights of persons with disabilities, environmental justice and agrivoltaics, new configurations of the right to strike in the digital era, and the social right to mobility.
The thematic and methodological diversity of the articles demonstrates the vitality of current legal scholarship and reinforces the role of Law as an instrument for mediating conflicts, limiting power, and promoting a more just, inclusive society committed to present and future generations. This is a dense and plural issue that makes a significant contribution to national and international academic debate.
