About the Journal

The RID receives, evaluates, and publishes articles resulting from scientific research, particularly investigative studies, emphasizing a transdisciplinary reflection on Law, prepared with critical insight and demonstrating high technical and academic rigor.

The journal follows an open call submission system.

Submissions may be made in the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, English, Italian, and French.
