THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF COMPANIES: ANALYSIS TO STARTUPS BUSINESS MODELS

This paper aims to reach some initial reflexions on the digital evolution and its impact on the legal world, specifically on societies. After the reflective analysis, I got to the conclusion that we are living in a period of technological evolution, that affects all the sectors in the world, and by that, also the societies. But not only that, as we can say that there are so many factors that will diverge, such as, for example, the appearance more and more frequent of Startups in the majority of the legal systems, wich will impact so many variables, like the difference in the Common Law system and Civil Law system. Our legal world will need to adapt to the innovation and the Business Models, and it will need to find the balance between both, to achieve a modern society.
